When you call us to ask a question or schedule an appointment during business hours, you will always speak with someone. This means you do not have to encounter voice mail or automated phone options. Prescription RefillsOur office can refill prescriptions for our patients at the discretion of their physician. Please call our office and leave the following information with our staff when you need a medication refill.
We encourage you to call your pharmacy to determine if your prescription is complete. Messages left with staff after 4:00 p.m. will be answered the next business day. Fees and PaymentsPayment is expected at the time of your office visit unless you have Medicare or another participating plan. Please check with your provider to determine if Lawrence Family Care and Pediatrics is a participating provider in your health insurance program. Your co-payment is due at the time of service as a requirement of your insurance contract. Our billing department will make every attempt to assist you with your account. If you have questions about your account, please call our office. It is important for you to understand your insurance coverage. Please read through your plan prior to your office visit. If you have any questions concerning your statement, please contact our billing department at 317-621-2360. Appointments
We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to complete patient registration and medical history forms. If you are unable to arrive early or on time for an appointment, we ask that you call our office before your appointment time. We try our best to stay on schedule, although emergencies sometimes occur. If we are significantly delayed, we will try to notify you ahead of time. Please assist us by providing accurate contact telephone numbers and arriving on time to your appointment. If you have any changes in insurance, address, or other information, please arrive earlier to update your chart. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.
