Lawrence Family Care and PediatricsAt Lawrence Family Care and Pediatrics, we offer you the convenience of same-day appointments as well as on-call physicians for emergencies that may occur after hours or during the weekend.

In addition, our practice has a staff of committed individuals who always answer the phone. When you call us to ask a question or schedule an appointment during business hours, you will always speak with someone. This means you do not have to encounter voice mail or automated phone options.

Our services include everything from preventative care to minor office procedures. Among these are:

Prescription Refills

Our office can refill prescriptions for our patients at the discretion of their physician. Please call our office and leave the following information with our staff when you need a medication refill.

  • Your name
  • Your birth date
  • Prescription name and spelling
  • Dosage
  • Pharmacy name
  • Pharmacy phone number
  • Phone number where you can be reached

We encourage you to call your pharmacy to determine if your prescription is complete. Messages left with staff after 4:00 p.m. will be answered the next business day.

Fees and Payments

Payment is expected at the time of your office visit unless you have Medicare or another participating plan.

Please check with your provider to determine if Lawrence Family Care and Pediatrics is a participating provider in your health insurance program. Your co-payment is due at the time of service as a requirement of your insurance contract.

Our billing department will make every attempt to assist you with your account. If you have questions about your account, please call our office.

It is important for you to understand your insurance coverage. Please read through your plan prior to your office visit. If you have any questions concerning your statement, please contact our billing department at 317-621-2360.

Appointments

Lawrence Family Care and PediatricsLawrence Family Care and Pediatrics provides same-day appointments with a physician. When you call for an appointment, our staff will ask you the following questions:

  • Your name
  • The reason for your call –your problem or concern
  • Telephone number where you can be reached
  • Your date of birth

We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to complete patient registration and medical history forms. If you are unable to arrive early or on time for an appointment, we ask that you call our office before your appointment time.

We try our best to stay on schedule, although emergencies sometimes occur. If we are significantly delayed, we will try to notify you ahead of time. Please assist us by providing accurate contact telephone numbers and arriving on time to your appointment. If you have any changes in insurance, address, or other information, please arrive earlier to update your chart.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.
